I’ve always gotten my eyebrows waxed and my usual eyebrow technician was super booked this week and I needed them done for a party this week. I decided to try out threading here for the first time. I told the person doing them for a touch up and I came out with pencil thin eyebrows. I have very natural thick eyebrows and like to maintain a natural shape but this girl literally plucked all of my hair off and know I’m going to have to regrow them. I had also just finished regrowing them back because of a precious experience of someone over plucking them. Overall, please either be completely direct and repeat what you want or don’t go here if you don’t want half your eyebrow gone by the end.

I had been a costumer for months before this visit. I went in and it was somewhat busy. I asked the girl who usually does my brows if she could do them for me and she said no. I told her I had no problem waiting for her if I had to but she still said she wasn’t going to do them and asked another girl to do them for me. I was about to leave at that point since she was pretty rude but I needed my brows to be done that day so I agreed to have them done bu someone else. The lady who did them for me left them SUPER thin even when I specified I only wanted a clean up. Then when she was done doing them, the girl who refused to do my eyebrows went up to me and said, she had to clean the blood on my brow. They cut me with the string and the scab lasted for about two weeks. I never got an apology for that. I tried to be respectful and just left but definitely never coming here again.

I have been going to Bibi’s every two weeks since early December and I am very satisfied with all the girls that work there. They always take their time doing my eyebrows and are very nice and have good conversation. The price is also very reasonable. The owner is awesome! I highly recommend Bibi’s to anyone looking to get their eyebrows done.

My eyebrows came out fine, hence the two stars, but the ambiance was so bad, I couldn’t give a higher rating. There were two people working the day I came in and it looked like one of them was being trained by the other. There was one customer that the new person was working on. The person doing the training was in a horrible mood. I work with people so I wasn’t taking it personally but you can tell how irritated she was that I had showed up and had to train the person and help me too. I was so uncomfortable the whole time. Toward the end she started to lighten up a bit but the damage had already been done. Also, she was pretty rough when threading. I don’t have sensitive skin at all but from how rough she was doing it, I got dry, flakey patches 2 or 3 days later and my skin was irritated (red) for about a week.

Brithney did my eyebrows and she made one shaped like a box and the other one she took to much hair off the bottom very disappointing and she still gave me attitude when I walked in and when I left .worst service I’ve ever gotten
