Two weeks old but still worth the picture! I love the great customer service provided by the Bibi’s Nails team. Everyone is so welcoming and efficient. I appreciate the easy payment options and down to earth music played, So with the times! The guy name Tyrone does my nails and he’s awesome with an amazing personality. My family and I are loyal customers of BiBi nails in Melrose Park. I love the entire atmosphere. I even bring my 5yr old to get her nails painted. The owner and every employee greet us when we walk in. They engage in conversation with me from the time I arrive until the time I leave. I love how professional they are, not to mention the level skills they have with nail art is top of the line.

Got my nails done on Saturday (no chip) with Kimmie. Kimmie was nice but cut me very badly I was bleeding for about 30 minutes. Today is Tuesday and by this mornimg (3 days later) a nail had popped off and one has chipped. I was visiting family in chicago and so cannot go back to get re done. I work in healthcare and this is embarrassing to have to go to work with nails looking like this. I have to now emergently take them all off tonight myself. What a complete and total waste of $$. Stay away.

They know what they are doing!!! Worth the wait and just communicate what you want and they will use their expertise to make it happen. Yes it’s a little pricey but it’s your nails! Treat yourself Lynn is the master and very tidy and skilled with her work. Pedicures here are always proper. They upgraded all of the chairs and have plexiglass between all the booths to ensure COVID-19 precautions are in place. Their color selection is immense and they do crystals and designs and even hand built marble nails. Just go. They accept walk ins or appointments. Just don’t go in a hurry because art takes time.

Best nails I’ve ever had. Worth every single penny. Any stones I’ve had put on my nails have stayed for 2 weeks plus with extreme work. They make sure to take you promptly and work very fast and in a friendly fun environment. I enjoy every appointment.

Worst experience ever!!! Will not be going back!! The girl was not paying attention, she didn’t even measure the tip size that go with my nails. Kept complaining that she was tired. Then why go to work if you’re not going to do your job right. Then to top it off my nails were uneven!!! Horrible! Acrylic nails
