I’ve been going to Bibi’s salon for the past year and have been very satisfied with their services. Linda and her staff are great. Linda is a talented hair stylist and is very passionate about her craft. She has a very positive attitude which makes sitting in her chair even more delightful. I always look forward to getting my hair done and always leave the salon satisfied with the end result. If you’re looking for a hair stylist I would definitely recommend Bibi’s salon.

“WOW! After years of searching I finally found my hair guru! by accident or actually luck, I found Linda, she asked what I wanted and I told her what I really wanted since my past experinces with other hair dressers where not good at all. I then thought good or bad I needed a decent haircut and fix my hair color so I shut my eyes and said she was in charge. She cut my hair with precision and my hair color was exactly what I have always wanted. Linda has a lot of pride and attention to detail with every service she provides.

Linda @Bibis is great! In past I’ve had a scalp reaction to hair dye when processing and have had this problem for years. Since using Bibis haven’t had this problem at all. I visited this place and was totally unhappy with the owners pricing. No comment on the worker who did my cut and not the mahogany color I asked for. I have fine thin shoulder length hair. I paid $50 deposit for the appt. The place is no where near a high end or average salon. Anyway, so I arrive for the appointment and tell them I need a trim and a single color dye. I asked the girl for a mahogany color. I showed her pics of the color and she said ok. Well she than had me pick a color from the book she brought out and I picked it and for some reason my hair color did not look like the one in book. She said it will in a few days. Week later still darker than when I walked in and its not what I wanted. Let’s get to what I am really bothered about a week later and the more and more discussion with others they totally agree I was TOTALLY OVER CHARGED FOR A SINGLE HAIR COLOR PROCESS. When I asked how much it would be for a cut and hair color. Keep in my mind it wasn’t a new hair style cut it was a trim that took less than 15 minutes. So the girl says total $260. $65 for haircut and $195 for the color. I had no choice but to go through with it as I had a important huge event the next morning. So I said $195 that’s insane my hair is not long and its very thin/fine. I said that is $195 and $65. So above the $50 paid as a deposit I paid $210 more. I couldn’t believe it that she thought I was stupid or something. She said well you did say you haven’t been to salon in some time. Really that meant in months but I know that the average cost for a haircut is about $65. I had no problem being charged that much for the trim. But really $195 for a single color process. You are out of your mind. I figured she needed it more than any other person or salon I know. So I reasearch local salons in uptown Whittier where I live and not one of the 10 salons from supercut to many HIGH END SALONS prices were near what she charged me. The worst part is my hair color is not a mahogany red color. I told the stylist I don’t want red color meaning the color red. There was a slight language barrier. Fyi the I was told through text the stylist had 40 years experience. So she must of started at the age of 10. lol!! Was I totally ripe off to pay $195 for a single color process??? No problem paying $65 for trim. But the $195 totally over charged. Fyi totally no where near a high end salon whatsoever. First negative comment I have ever taken the time to write about. Feeling riped off!!! I spoke to my sister who works nearby the salon and she asked me where I went to that I was unhappy with. I told her BiBi’s in El Monte. Her response was “oh no I went there once and never again”. She said are way over priced with there pricing. Do yourself a favor and look for a salon that is worth the money you pay for.

I have had trouble looking for salon’s that actually do a good job and I came across this salon that I instantly fell in love with and will be returning there. They are professionals and very kind. And Take their time to do almost exactly what you asked for. They are also very honest about the prices, they give good advise to maintain your hair and make you feel safe and comfortable.
