Bianchi’s Royal Oak is a terrible salon for clients to receive any hair coloring or bleaching services. Staff is unprofessional, very rushed, and will charge an obscene amount for the equivalent of at-home services. Very unpleasant, uncomfortable experience here.

Hair with Maryanne (@looksbymae_ on Instagram) is amazing!! She’s super sweet and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. I have Asian hair so it’s very dark and always turns out brassy (orange) , she was able to work with it so well and made it to the exact ash I wanted compared to other stylists I’ve been before it was great. She also explained every single step during the consultation and made me feel very confident as to what was going to occur 🙂 at the same time she was very detailed (other artist only took like 30 minutes to get it done and results were super patchy and cut hurriedly though I payed ~200 for it) overall great experience as I got the exact results and throughout the entire process I felt very confident/ not worried about the ongoing. Also although bleached to a very light color there was no damage and my hair sprung back to normal in no time! Maryanne is super sweet and also matched my energy (knew when I was tired and stopped talking but also talked lots when I was) and provided a 100% great experience leaving with absolutely no regrets crazy
