Bianca was not only one of the friendliest hair dressers I’ve ever met, she was incredibly efficient. The owner of this business was flat out RUDE and charged me $149 PLUS an additional $45 for highlights but wasn’t mentioned in the Groupon. This place had a very odd odor coming from the back.
