I had a great experience with Elsa! She was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. Her shop was clean and I felt very comfortable. I really liked that she explained everything she was doing to my hair throughout the process. She recommended products to care for/maintain my hair in between salon visits. My appointment was for a curly style and deva cut and I am so happy with the results. I have long thick hair and never thought a wash n go could look so good. My curls are so defined and healthy now. It was a really relaxing experience. I also appreciate how Elsa walked me through the process and shared about the products so I could try at home. I have been searching for a natural curl hair stylist for some time who I felt comfortable with, knowledgeable, professional, cares about my hair, and is personable. Elsa is wonderful and checks all of those boxes and so much more. I’ve gone to her a few times now and I have appreciated that she has always answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, her establishment is always clean and I’ve loved my hair afterwards. When I did have a concern she followed up with me in a timely manner to collaborate with me and provide me with clarity. She also helped me reduce the amount of time I spend on my wash and go’s, I only use one product now and it lasts me a full week. I really like the ease of her website that allows for online scheduling, canceling and rescheduling for appointments. I’m so happy that I found her, a stylist that I trust with my hair and value the quality services she provides.
