Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was a client of Lori’s. She is the owner. I went to her in March 2019. She microbladed my eyebrows 4 times from March-June. Every time I made an appointment with her, she or her receptionist would change my appointment without consulting me. I would then have to call to ask about the text message I received saying my appointment was changed. One appointment was changed 5 times on me. All appointments were changed no less than 2 times. Then Lori was unable to get my eyebrows correct, even after 4 appointments! I wanted my one side thickened and leveled. Because she couldn’t get that side leveled she gave my other side a curve to match, which caused it to thicken so I looked like I had a mama caterpillar and a baby caterpillar on my face! It’s been almost a year and I sought out other beauticians to fix my eyebrows. No one will touch this disaster. They have advised me to let the ink completely fade or I have to get it removed. One beautician also stated that even if they did go back in, I wouldn’t want them to keep using the same shade as it’s the wrong color. There’s really no other way this could have gone wrong.Edit: Just mere minutes after posting my review Lori text me (after 10 at night) saying she was completely shocked by my review and then went on to say “If I could just ask you to remove that review and work things out with me one on one rather than affect my whole entire staff of business…” Buyer beware and then be aware of harassment!I was a client of Lori’s.
