Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismDanielle does excellent nails. However she is rude, unprofessional and somewhat insulting. After going to Danielle exclusively for over a year I will not return. I had 3 broken nails and she complained to her new stylist the entire time about the length of my nails, how much product it took to do my nails (never nail art just one color on all nails) that she is considering price increase due to length being past my nail bed! Really! This was after COVID increase. She told me to let her know in advance when I have broken nails. Let me add she has no problem making and taking personal calls during appointments and/or texting. She talked to stylist about my nails as though I was not there. I didn’t write a review at the time because I was angry and angry that she charged 83.00 before a tip.for balance and nail repair. She was 10 minutes late because she went next door for a candy bar but insisted I was late. No I wasn’t. I could go on about her no show and so on but I think this pretty well sums it up. Danielle does excellent nails. However she is rude, unprofessional and somewhat insulting. After going to Danielle exclusively for over a year I will not return. Danielle is awesome, I have been going to her for years. She takes care of my feet for me as i am a diabetic. She goes above and beyond what she should do, but she is very caring and takes care of her clients. She explains what and why she is doing. She does a Beautiful job on my nails as well and always has a wonderful array of colors to choose from. Thank you Danielle!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI want to start off by saying that this salon is absolutely adorable. It’s a small place, but the decor makes up for the size for sure! The hair styling areas up front have a very rustic look. I loved it! Super cute!I came in as a natural brunette with a DIY undercut that needed cleaning up. I also wanted to go to a nice strawberry blonde. I was able to get an appointment 2 days from the day I called!When I came in on the day of my appointment, Brittany was my stylist. She was very thorough in the consultation at the beginning of the appointment. She was awesome at making sure we were both on the same page with what I wanted. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication over the phone (totally my fault, I described the service incorrectly). Brittany made sure to let me know that she had more than enough time blocked off for the service I wanted.She started off cleaning up my undercut. She again was very thorough in her communication about what I wanted done before pulling out the clippers.Next, she did a soap cap to lighten up my hair. Certain spots were still a little dark afterwards, so she put some more lightener on the darker parts. After the lightening process was finished, she applied the color.Once the color was finished and rinsed, she was awesome with the way she dried my hair. I had mentioned previously that my head has always been very sensitive to heat. My scalp gets warm easily. She kept the dryer at a distance so there wasn’t any issue with my head burning from the heat.I live 2 hours from this salon, but I went while I was staying with a girlfriend over the weekend. I realized a few days after having my hair done that when my roots grow out, I won’t know what to do with my regular stylist! I called back to their salon and explained to the girl on the phone the situation. She remembered who I was and offered to ask Brittany what I should tell my regular stylist when my roots need touched up. When the girl came back to the phone, she recited the exact “formula” that Brittany used on my hair. It was awesome!I highly recommend this salon. It was a very warm and welcoming environment, clean, beautifully designed, and overall a comforting place to be!I want to start off by saying that this salon is absolutely adorable.
