Holy. Cannoli. Jess was an actual dream. My hair was perfection and didn’t move all night. I had a heavy crown and she made it stay so it didn’t fall the entire night even during dancing, jumping, and getting dipped. People asked what kind of magic I had. The two girls she brought along with her were phenomenal as well, all my girls were sooo happy with their hair!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am not one to write reviews and this is my first bad review ever. Owner Jess is extremely unprofessional. I booked her for my wedding and she never got back to me when I had personal questions for her. I sent her many texts and she barely ever answered. A hairstylist plays a huge part on the wedding day. There was a lack of communication on her part. I called the salon a few times and never got a call back. Her assistant got back to me via email however I needed to speak to Jess about personal questions regarding my wedding day and ideas about hair styles and coloring my hair. This was something her assistant could not answer. I would think building a relationship with your vendors is extremely important and getting to know them. She claims she doesn’t text and that’s why she has an assistant, so she couldn’t kindly respond back to me and let me know. Also, I asked for my deposit back because of her unprofessionalism and I simply did not feel comfortable with her doing my hair on my special day. There was no connection with her and all my other vendors responded back to me and I built amazing relationships. One of her excuses was she’s very busy, well so am I, and so is everyone else. Also, I recently had an unexpected death in my family and money is really not good right now. I told her about the passing of my beloved step father. I could not proceed with my wedding. I booked her for my wedding and she never got back to me when I had personal questions for her. I sent her many texts and she barely ever answered. A hairstylist plays a huge part on the wedding day.
