Anna was absolutely wonderful. She was so calm and reassuring for my first time getting Botox. Went in for the first time today, was welcomed as soon as I walked in. They had a beautiful spread of refreshments which was an added bonus! There was no wait time at all, amazing customer care and the injector took the time after my appointment to explain the process of dissolving my lip filler. (Done by another injector) I will definitely be back, 10/10 experience
