I was in tears, full of joy, and treated with respect. She took the time to explain step by step what was going to happen and her actions matched that. The facility is clean, sleek, and calming. For a person that is overcoming Anxiety, I was ease with the entire process and Penny checked in on me several times. Just like my loc journey, I wish I would’ve started this form of self care sooner. Penny has blessed my life beyond my wildest dreams and by far exceeded my expectations for my first facial.
