This shop is run by clowns. Made three different appoints over the course of a year. Each appointment was booked 5+ days in advance and still had to deal with last minute cancelations or rescheduling on behalf of the shop. Then they have the audacity to try to charge customers a cancellation fee when they’re the business so incompetent that they can’t maintain they’re own schedule. Then if you waste your time with all that you have at least a one in three chance of the supposed “barber” ignoring simple instructions so he can rush through a cut because he has somewhere he needs to be because he’s late, because he’s incompetent and incapable of time management. Patronize a shop that deserves it and let this flop house go under.

This is the best Barbour shop around hands down!. Sarah works so well with all 4 of my boys so patient and polite! And she is damn good at what she does. Even my fiance has looked for years to find a Barbour who can cut his hair like he likes and found Beyond vision he loves it. Best Barber Shop in town!! These guys really take their time and get it done right!! No 3 minute and your done haircuts here!!! Very clean and fun atmosphere, and everyone their is super friendly!!I’ve been looking for over a year for a good place to get my hair cut, with no success, but no more!! Ive found the spot!!! Gavin, 2yrs old grandson, was experiencing separation anxiety and Stranger Danger- crying and shaking for 15 minutes plus. Sarah engaged in playing and conversation with Gavin and even invited the dog over to provide calming and comfort to Gavin. Sarah practiced patience and spoke calmly to Gavin giving him reassurance and was able to successfully gain his trust. We were Successful in getting Gavin’s hair cut !! Gavin was so proud of himself that he gave Sarah a “High 5 and a Knuckle Bump!!” Of course petting the dog was a bonus~ Now that is Excellent Customer Service!! Gavin’s haircut looks beautiful!!Finally, the Barbershop was a clean and fun environment!! All Barbers, totaling 3 present, greeted us with a beautiful smile.
