The stylists are knowledgeable, and funny, and well versed in all stages of hair throughout or lives. My wife and I just had our second child, resulting in some postpartum hair loss. The stylist there are all in various stages of parenthood, and were able to offer sound advice as well as personal anecdotes. They made her feel seen and heard and confident.
