I went here to get my hair permed, It didn’t perm the first time so I made another appointment to fix it. When I got it “fixed” it looked like it actually curled! But after a few days my hair fell straight AGAIN. I appreciate them re-doing it without cost obviously and did a good job cutting my hair. But please learn how to perm. Perms

Had an 11 am scheduled with the apprentice Chrissy Lee. I showed up at 10:55 to the closed sign on the door with no lights on inside. Google says they open at 10 and I didnt receive any messages/email stating there was a problem with my appointment. Overall, terrible customer service.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter received her first haircut from Amy. From start to finish it was a total of 21 minutes. She didn’t explain anything to my daughter. Example is when she would position her head a certain angle to make a cut she said nothing. Instead what I witnessed was her being forceful and overall not in the best mood. I literally had to sit there and tell my daughter she’s trying to move your head to cut a certain area can you stay still for her? Almost seemed as if we were a burden to her schedule and she just rushed through it. When I got home and brushed my daughters hair out you can clearly see its not straight. And some hair is still longer in some places. Overall poor experience. I would not take any of my other kids here. And will do more research on kid friendly establishments.
