I’m definitely quite disappointed. I came to have a light blonde made and I have the knowledge that in a single session or it was going to be possible but since they started with the technique that I asked for, they only began to bleach without carrying out the technique that I had asked at the end. I was disappointed and sad I asked them to bleach me from above because it did not come close to what I asked for and I ended up in a total failure. The payment for ruining my hair was extreme and now I don’t know what to do, I only asked for a flamboyage technique and there was none of that. definitely need more professional people to deal with anyone’s hair

These ladies are PHENOMENAL! When you walk into this salon, they make you feel like you are part of their family. During these unsure times after reopening after the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to make sure their clients are safe and healthy. My particular stylist is Destiny Lee. She’s AMAZING!!!! She is always willing to listen and brainstorm hair ideas with me. Her expertise in her profession have helped me so much. She’s been through every hair emergency in and out of the salon with me. She exceeds all expectations of a stylist. She truly cares about her clients and it shows. If you are in need of an amazing salon, Beyond the Mirror is just what you have been looking for. Destiny Lee is hands down one of the best around. The other ladies there are all amazing too. You will not be disappointed!
