Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKelsey has been doing my hair for about 4-5 years now and she never failed to amaze me. When I decided to venture into hair extensions she recommended I use her extensions stylist Dana and Dana is just an amazing person full of energy and positive vibes! It’s always a good time coming here and I love how welcomed everyone makes me feel. Drea gives great blow outs as well as her other stylist who have all at some point got me in when I needed a quick blow out! Kelsey has been doing my hair for about 4-5 years now and she never failed to amaze me. When I decided to venture into hair extensions she recommended I use her extensions stylist Dana and Dana is just an amazing person full of energy and positive vibes! It’s always a good time coming here and I love how welcomed everyone makes me feel. Drea gives great blow outs as well as her other stylist who have all at some point got me in when I needed a quick blow out! Overall amazing staff and professional welcoming staff !

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI am truly disappointed with this place. The first time was so great that I was ecstatic to have finally found a place for my family and I to go to. Specially since they did such an amazing job with curly hair. The second time was not so good. The staff was nasty and rushing us. The haircuts were fine but not worth the unnecessary attitude specially considering that I had brought them new customers and gave a pretty good tip. The third time I was really hoping was just a fluke but Unfortunately it wasn’t. They raised their prices from what they were currently showing on their website and what I had booked. So I paid 20 extra dollars for several children’s haircuts. I figured this was the affects of covid and didn’t bother to dispute it. Still the quality was great but the nasty attitude and remarks were not worth any of it. I spoke to the people that referred me to go there in the first place and they too have since stopped going for the same reason. It apparently seems to be one person in particular. We realized the only one that always did an amazing job and was always pleasant was Dana. If you have to go here ask for her. I am truly disappointed with this place. The first time was so great that I was ecstatic to have finally found a place for my family and I to go to. Got my hair done again by Dana and I am in awe of her talent every time I see her! Not only does my hair look a million times better but feels healthier, looks shinier and the color was fully corrected. Getting my hair done at the salon here is truly an experience that always leaves me feeling amazing and confident. 1000/10 would recommend!!!
