Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityUpdate: 10/29/21Suddenly, this wonderful facility has received multiple negative reviews. Several say the same thing and most are in broken English. I can’t help but think that a rival is posting false reviews. The facility is very clean and smells wonderful. The staff is very accommodating. The staff of only 2 are from Thailand and do have accents. If you are afraid of exposure to coronavirus, you should probably avoid a place where you are working in a close and intimate environment with another person. A mask, or a lack thereof is the least of your worries. I wish I knew how to spam this place with positive reviews. My original review below still stands.From the positive reviews, I made an appointment to see Eve. Making an appointment was very easy and when I arrived, I was expected and greeted kindly. Eve was warm and friendly. She’s very petite and I was wondering if she could really dig in. She exceeded expectations. Great deep tissue, she was breathing heavy and working hard. Excellent massage and always communicating making sure she had the right pressure. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve had several massages from Eve…..superb! Throughout each session, she would periodically communicate to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Without feedback, she was delivering a very strong deep tissue massage, but would check to make sure I was okay. I had simply given her “deep tissue” as my desired massage. Superb is the best adjective that comes to mind. Admirable strength from a woman who is maybe 5’ tall. She was thorough in covering all areas, methodically working out trouble spots. I have never directed her to work on a bad spot, she always finds them and uses her talents to relieve tension. But do not think that deep tissue massage is all she does. I’m certain Eve will be just as effective with light or medium pressure. She provides what you want. I’m sure she could deliver an even harder massage, but she found the sweet spot for me. It was as hard as I tolerated, without being painful.A couple times, I have requested a 2 hour session. She constantly, patiently advances throughout the body. She engages in conversation when talked to, and quietly works when not. Had a good laugh once when she had to prompt me to breathe. I was so focused on the comforting sensation of her massage that I had been holding my breath. Never had that happen before!I’ve had some good massages before, but Beyond Thai showed me the highest level of professional service I’ve ever had. There is no reason for me to give false praise…….she really is that good. This is a very professional operation and Susie has the experience and background to repair the damage done by too many years of sports. My hats off to the team! Keep up the good work.
