This place has horrible customer service. I received a pedicure and the tech was upset that I didn’t want gel nails. She began to handle my feet very rough. I watched staff offer free beverages to everyone but myself and other black people. This was a horrible experience . Black people pay attention if you ever use there service they don’t seem to like US.

The workmanship was good, but I believe that they are intentionally overcharging. I asked for a fill and pedicure. The total cost, with tax, should have been $62.79…..they charged me $66, and the receipt was not itemized. Then they expected a tip! Review your charges, and call them out on it!

If I could give 0 stars I WOULD. This is the worst place I have ever went to get my nails done. I decided to get my nails done for an upcoming event, I had to wait for hours just for them to turn out bad tf . The lady’s were rushing and asking to much personal questions and the gel was to thick and it looked as if my 8 year old sister did it, also while I was getting them done they decided to hit my hand and left it red bffr. Also when i was showing them the nails I wanted, they decided to do something WAY different. How disrespectful, it’s like I can’t even have my own opinion . NEVER COMING BACK EVERR. Save your money people!!!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueGot gel pedicure last month and the nail polish peeled. I went back and they fixed it. I went Friday again to change the color and the lady did not do a good job so I asked her to redo it because I did not want to come back. She fixed it right there but when I got home the nail polish peeled. I have gone to several nail salons and this has never happened with gel polish. I was so disappointed! I have been getting my manis and pedis here and love the quality work. My 4 yr old also gets her nails polished and they are always patient with her. Avian is my nail lady and I love her. Overall great place and great people. I will post my pics of today’s manicure!
