Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe unprofessionalism at this establishment is quite disturbing. After 4 days of getting my refill done my nail just snapped and broke while simply putting on my jacket. Absolutely uncalled for and there’s no reason for a nail to break so easily. I’ve been coming to this establishment for about a year now and approximately five of the sets I’ve done have broken within the first to second week. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt as they were close to home and would always manage to squeeze me in but after today i they drew the last straw. I enter with a broken nail, literally had the broken nail in my hand and when i showed the owner she responded in a sarcastic tone saying “you must have banged it”, that altered my calm and collective self to abrupt with an attitude as i felt there was no logical reason for a nail to break so easily other than this establishment using CHEAP PRODUCTS. After quite an unpleasant altercation over my nail being broken the owner told me i had to wait when ever they were free to fix it. I patiently waited an entire hour, once seated i didn’t say a word just allowed the tech to fix my nail. In the process of finishing my nail, he was very inpatient with me and just ready to get me out the chair. Once he polished my nail he mumbled “I won’t ever do your nails”, the audacity of his comment had me in disbelief. How dare he have the audacity to tell me such thing as if i were doing my nails for free all this time. Last time walking into this establishment were you’re not valued as a client nor respected as an individual. The unprofessionalism at this establishment is quite disturbing. After 4 days of getting my refill done my nail just snapped and broke while simply putting on my jacket. Absolutely uncalled for and there’s no reason for a nail to break so easily.
