Very frustrated! Just took my 6 yr old niece here to get a pedicure with me today. I told her technician that we didn’t need gel for her just regular polish (since she doesn’t need gel) the technician looked at me confused and started pressuring me to get gel for her. I said again she didn’t need gel and she said well it’ll take too long to dry and it’s only 10 for her. I said okay if it is only $10 for her pedicure we can do gel. Once I got the check the bill was WAY more than I was expecting. It was $86 for us. I was in a rush to get my niece home for dinner so I didn’t get to call them until after we left. I called back and spoke to someone and said there must have been an issue I think I might have been rang up wrong since I was told my niece would only be $10 something must have been typo’d. The lady said she’d call me right back and did, she said I was charged correctly, she said mine was $36 plus $12 for gel (which I was expecting) and my niece was $25 plus $10 for gel. I explained to her what happened in the store and how I didn’t want gel and the lady explained it wrong and made it seem like her pedicure would only be $10. She said there wasn’t much she could do and I said I was frustrated and felt mislead. When you go in expecting it to be around $60 plus tip and it ends up costing over $90 with tip… that’s a pretty big swing in prices. There are much more affordable places in the area that we will be going to instead. The pedicure also looks pretty rough, polish on my toes that will come off eventually but my nails were trimmed extremely unevenly too.

I like the service, staff and ambience but the past 2 appointments have been a little disappointing. I’ve never known gel nails to go bad just 2 days after. the last time, I had to go back in to have them redone, and now it seems like I have to do that again. I’m starting to think I’ll just get the products and get my nails done myself cos it’s not cheap going into the salon, and then you end up with your nails not done well.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My friend and I have been to 3 different manicurists and all have been incredibly professional and skilled at their jobs My nails were constantly splitting within a week of my manicures prior to coming here. Now-no splitting and the color lasts so well.

Super disappointed with my nails. My regular person is out of the country so tried this place. For $60 they should of turned out better. They are all different shapes, sizes, lengths, have dips in them. I left and went straight to my regular place and the owner is sneaking me into his schedule in a couple of days. I definitely won’t be back.
