I went to beyond nails because my nail tech did not have room in her day to fit me in her schedule. Well that worked out because it allowed me to try Beyond nails. Let me tell you everything happens for a reason. I met Nicole at beyond nails and look at the results. She was so patient with my ideas. She gave advise in what works best for my life style. She even did a short point after my previous nail tech told me I couldn’t do a pointy nail unless I made them king and that not what I wanted. I will definitely be a loyal customer. With all their services you are given a 2 min complimentary shoulder message! You even get a reward card for 5 dollars. You’ll get money back on card which you can use for all their services. Great find!

Love it here! I got a gel manicure done by Judy and it came out perfect! I am very picky when it comes to my nails and I have no complaints. My pedicure was done by another lady which also came out really great.

My daughter who is turning9 wanted stranger thing nail design with long nails. They cane out absolutely beautiful. Never mind she’s 9 and to have that type of patience was incredible and no mess ups. My daughter is the type that can’t really sit still.. then again what 9 year old can for that long!!! Recommend this place to everyone!!

Called ahead on Saturday and made a reservation for Sunday 10 am. Highly recommend reservations for any nail salon. They are extremely busy and don’t usually have spots for walk-ins. If anything you’ll be told to come back at a later time. Staff was very friendly. You walk in and they ask you to pick a color if you you want color. Waited a few minutes on the couch, was called over to the pedicure chair. Handed a menu, like, you would at a restaurant. Splurged and got the Golden-something. It had gold flecks in all the stuff. Whatever the gimmick, it worked. Usual pedicure things. Creams, trimming, filing, etc. got some plastic “booties” some foot and leg massages. Had one nail painted and was asked if I liked it. I like that they check, because maybe it doesn’t look like you expected. I was okay with it. Continued on. At the end I was directed to the mani/pedi dryer area. Was given a 2 minute warm towel shoulder massage. Wish it was longer! Towards the end, had some drying/finishing spray and was placed under the dryer for a few more minutes. Paid in cash, tipped in cash. Staff is very pleasant. Place is CLEAN and smells nice. And also: look at my tootsies!!!

I read the reviews and was happy to see a lot happy customers. So why 2 stars? The only reason I gave it a 2 it’s because the place is clean, the staff is nice enough and they provide water. That’s the only positive things I’m going to say. Now comes to the nails: they charge $20 for just color change, nothing else. I went for dip nail manicure, I was there for more than two hours with two staff members trying to get the job done. Frustrating to say the least. Three days after that, my nails started to crack. I called and they were willing to repair. Another waste of time for me. I got there, the guy repairs them, as he’s almost done, I asked if the color was the same. He noted that it wasn’t, but kept working as if nothing was amiss. He didn’t talk to me, he was speaking with his spouse who was waiting for him and they both spoke in their language totally ignoring me.. I will never go back, nor recommend to anyone. NEVER again!

The worst parts was that they used something on me that burned my fingers when I would put them under the purple lights and the person doing my nails didn’t care that it hurt me at all. I chose this place because good reviews and looked like they could do designs. I got an acrylic full set French tip with a smidge of glitter. It took a really long time even tho I had an appointment. My nails are super thick for being a short set and worst of all it cost me $85 with no special designs! I’ve been asking around to ppl who get their nails done and they all say it’s despicable. Save yourself the pain and over price with poor workmanship and don’t ever go here!

They said I could get a mani pedi put me in the chair did the pedicure and then told me to come back another day for my mani!! Who does that! Awful awful place no customer service edict at all! No apology or anything would not recommend

Wanted to try a new place and the service was horrible . First the lady cut my toe and made me bleed , then I got a gel manicure and I choose a pink glittery color and she charged me 5$ extra on top of getting a shellac mani which doesn’t make any sense and after she cut my toe and made me bleed . Don’t think I will ever be coming back to this establishment

I called on a Saturday morning and didn’t think I would be able to get in. However, they did if I would get there in 5 minutes. The place was clean, organized and the staff was very friendly. My pedicure was great and at the end they give you a short massage which was the cherry on top. I recommend it!
