Shocking lack of customer service, professionalism and awareness! My wife had an appointment with this shop for the first time today for a relaxing style and pamper. The owner instead insulted her, and forced her to leave the salon because she has an ADA registered service animal. She literally said, I have a cute dog too, but I can get fined for your dog being here, then before she even allowed my wife to speak she demanded her dogs papers! Anyone else know how many violations of discrimination protections this is? I am absolutely appaled that Gayle acted this way to a first time customer. I will be actively discouraging my friends and family from patronizing this, what I had hoped was a nice salon. So much for destress. If it weren’t for the fact that her appointment was with Lisa (not in any way her fault), she wouldn’t have even went back; can’t restrain the owner from being low class I suppose.
