Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my underarms and arms waxed and prior to the appointment, the Estician was late and walked in the salon looking like a mess- her hair wasn’t brushed, she looked like she rolled out of bed and overall looked unprofessional. Then during my session, the Estician’s behavior was unprofessional. She wasn’t wearing gloves which is a huge no no considering there’s blood involved and laughed at me for how red my arms got after they got waxed. Considering I never got my arms waxed before, I knew that was going to happen but I never expected to have a professional humiliate me about it. I’ve never walked out of a salon feeling so ashamed and embarrassed. The staff are amazingly friendly, fast, and quite good at their job. The girl I had do my hair has the perfect touch when washing my hair. Her cutting was on point, nothing bad to say here.

I had Sherri style and cut my hair short. I wanted something that I can just shampoo, wipe, shake, and go. Too often my cuts have looked shaggy right away. Sherri did a wonderful job and it has continued to look good as it has grown out. Love it!
