The Wash House takes shampoo to a whole new level where one can indulge in one or more scalp rituals. Whether you a looking for a classic look, an edgy modern style or being pampered in the Wash House, our creative team promises to deliver a fabulous experience. Taylor is amazing! My daughter wanted highlights and Taylor took the time to explain to her how to care for them. They also looked incredibly natural, which is what I wanted since she’s a preteen. Taylor also cuts my hair. I have super fine hair and it always looks amazing after I’ve been to see her. I wont trust anyone else with my hair or my daughter’s.

I went in for the same highlights I usually get with a haircut. Not only did Lauren botch the haircut, she turned my blonde hair dark brown with orange streaks.instead of the layered trim I wanted she cut over 7 inches off and added BANGS. I left in tears after paying $262 and not one of them asked if I was pleased with my hair. After getting outside in the sun the color was even worse as was the cut. They told me to come back in and a master stylist would fix it. I did that and was told they couldn’t redo the highlights because I had to wait 4-6 weeks to reprocess again or it would damage my hair further. Now, 4 weeks later I called to make the appointment for the redo and the manager said she was charging me for the redo- charging the master stylist fee for highlights. There is absolutely zero accountability at this salon. Jenny the manager functions at the maturity level of a belligerent teenager. Lauren makes excuse after excuse and Isn’t the least bit concerned about mistakes. I would not recommend this salon under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Critical: Quality, ValueUnder no circumstance would I recommend this place. My girlfriend went 11/27/2021 and came home in tears. This place ruined her hair is an understatement and instead of making things right when she came back they put Jen back on the job to do further damage. I’ve attached 3 after photos and a photo of before they touched her hair. We’re now scrambling to find a place to fix this before all our events this holiday.Simply put Jen was suppose to blend her naturally blonde roots to her color. She managed to dye her hair purple, blue, and carmel. They offered a partial refund. Under no circumstance would I recommend this place. My girlfriend went 11/27/2021 and came home in tears. This place ruined her hair is an understatement and instead of making things right when she came back they put Jen back on the job to do further damage. I walked in as my 7 year old daughter wanted to get her hair done before she went and took pictures with the Easter bunny. I did not have an apt but they were more than willing to see her within 2 minutes of me getting there to make her feel special. As a single dad its hard for me to do her hair but they went above and beyond to make her not only look beautiful but made her feel so special!
