Went here to get my nails done before my wedding. The atmosphere is beautiful and the ladies who work there are so sweet. There’s fun conversation going on the whole time you’re there. Never been to this place and unfortunately, never will. I called to make an appointment and everything about the phone call was unprofessional. Had to repeat myself several times because she was busy trying to carry on another conversation and when the receptionist said she couldn’t do what I was asking (booking more than one person for a mani and pedi at the same time frame), I said, “I guess I will have to go somewhere else then.” Without hesitation she said, “okay, bye.” I was really wanting to give this place a try but I wasn’t getting any help from the other side. Apparently they don’t need or want my buisness and I don’t want to be serviced by people who would treat their customers like they don’t matter.
