Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSent my mother in to get her hair professionally colored for her birthday. Got a same day appointment which was nice BUT she wanted plum purple and had pictures and we explained on the phone. After her 2.5 hour appointment my mother came out in TEARS as her hair was pink (the same pink we do from Wal-Mart). She was told by the hair stylist the color she requested is a fantasy color and would wash out too quickly, DID NOT EVEN GIVE HER THE OPTION. The artist asked the owner of the salon where the other bottles of the purple color were at and after that point my mother noticed the color change to pink. There’s also a very noticeable dye line squared around my mother’s hairline, her whole head. Sent my mother in to get her hair professionally colored for her birthday. Got a same day appointment which was nice BUT she wanted plum purple and had pictures and we explained on the phone. I sat there for 6 hours while she absolutely ruined my hair with bleached and a comb. And then I ended up paying almost $300 for it because I’m a pushover and can’t always say how I feel. I wanted to lighten my hair with balayage and my hairdresser made it seem like she knew exactly what she was doing. I sat there for 6 hours while she absolutely ruined my hair with bleached and a comb. And then I ended up paying almost $300 for it because I’m a pushover and can’t always say how I feel. This place legitimately made me bawl over my hair, it’s that bad.
