Had a wonderful first experience with the full body steam session for 30 minutes. Wow, truly a relaxing moment in time with an even nicer worker. Vanessa took such care with us that we are already looking into another appointment. A small location with big potential, and if you are looking for a sweet escape in your day, here it is. 9/10!

I’ve be coming here for over a year. Never had any issues. Today I went and was scheduled for an 11am. I travel nearly an hour just to come here. I got there at 11:08 and Vanessa, who was taking care Of me, told me she had another client coming that needed to be seen and would not take long. The client walked thru the door and she took her back. 34 minutes later I was still sitting waiting so I left. I get a call 5 min later from VANESSA asking why I left. I explained that I had to be back at work and I was there within the standard grace period of 10-15 minutes. Do you know this woman told me the grace period was only 9 minutes?? Who does that?? And technically I had a min left then! She could have told me that and I would’ve have sat for 30 min wasting my time!! And to top it off she still charged my card $13 for services! THIS WOMAN IS UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT, and HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be returning.

This place is absolutely horrible. I really like Jennifer, she is great. However, the customer service is terrible. It’s very difficult to get an appointment, and when you finally do, the cancel the day of, and are unable to accommodate you for months again. I cancelled my Groupon, and went somewhere else, never making an attempt to go back
