We couldn’t get our facials, because we had laser hair removal done about an hour before, but the beautician was very kind, patient, and helpful. She went over some products and gave us a little goodie bag. Unfortunately, this location may close in early Spring. I hope they decide to keep it open instead of making their other location larger.

Brandi was very friendly from the beginning and I felt very comfortable. The ladies at the front desk as well were very inviting when I walked in. Clean all over and I highly recommend. I will definitely book again. The massage was amazing and I would definitely book for a longer session over 30 minutes to really treat yourself.

I recently booked an appointment with Andrea for nail application. I came in with builder gel, but wasn’t happy with the result from another tech. I called ahead to confirm they offered gel manicure, explained that I was very unhappy with my last set )long natural nail with overlay) and that I wasn’t sure if I need to cut them down and start over, but wanted the tech aware that I was coming in for a correction. Andrea didn’t seem happy about doing gel nails, and talked me into dip powder instead. At first I thought they looked ok, I knew she was correcting poor shaping and thick gel, so I offered to remove and start over with tips. I was booked for ‘extreme nails’ in order to give her time to do what was needed. I was quoted $65 for that service, but told it would most likely be less, because I wasn’t actually getting extreme nails. I ended up paying over $70 before tip, and several nails were actually shaped crooked- even ones that were straight when I got there. After a few days I was really unhappy with the set. I have severe social anxiety, and was already uncomfortable with the fact I called ahead stating what I wanted, and was talked into something else. Andrea was a perfectly lovely lady, no complaints on her as a person, just wasn’t happy with the end results. Especially after paying more than quoted and not getting what I wanted.
