One the worst experiences that I’ve ever had at a salon. Paid $250 for a perm that the stylist knew wouldn’t be okay for my hair type yet she did it anyway and ruined my hair on top of the perm not being done..I called then salon and after several days the owner called me back saying “oh I’m sure there’s something we can work out with your stylist and referred me back to her” the stylist was unwilling to remedy or refund my money and I’ve tried to call the salon a dozen times to continue to get resolution, and NO ONE ever answers the phone..in addition I’ve left several voice mails and haven’t received a return call.

You can tell they’ve put a lot of energy into making this new salon space comfortable and inviting. Ramie gives the best mani/pedis, I always leave relaxed after her services, and my nails have never looked better. I also go here to get my hair cut and colored by Joy who is an incredible stylist. She leaves my hair looking like a million bucks and her color skills are always on point!
