Cecil is the owner of this salon and I got to be honest and say that he gives the best cut in this entire state. He goes the extra mile. I thought I knew what a good haircut was but his service and style changed what I though was possible. The prices are cheaper than what I think he deserves. I could never get my hair cut anywhere else knowing that I can go see Cecil and walkout with a job well done. Best salon around, best barber around, best prices, and the best style. Thanks Cecil!

I’ve been going to CeCeil for many years now(about 7 years approximately) and I have always been treated with respect. Great conversation. On time. Very punctual. I’ve started taking my son to him which he’s 2. Great experience overall from a cut to a bald shave with a razor. My son enjoys coming here too and never cry when he gets a cut.

I really enjoyed the experience, and Cecil is a top notch professional. Got mid fade and a shave. Lines were clean and blended just right. Shave was a combination of hand heald with straight razor and thorough. Also got ears and eyebrows trimmed. It was good to get the attention to detail, and not feel like I was being charged by the minute. Great value at a little over $40.
