Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI called yesterday about an appointment and was able to get one for the next day which I am shocked about given the pandemic though I am so happy (I thought it would take weeks for me to get in!). From walking in till I left, the staff was very friendly! It was my first time here but I felt as though I was treated like family. I was happy that I was allowed to come inside a few mins early my appointment. The salon is super clean inside and I love its open, airy environment!My technician was Sophia and she was such a sweetheart! She told me over and over to let her know if she was hurting me, the water too hot, etc. I absolutely loved the combination of oils, wax and scrubs as well as the heated towels she used for my mani/pedi. I felt so relaxed and pampered – and not rushed whatsoever like a lot of places I’ve been to.I thought the prices here were very reasonable for such an exceptional experience! My nails look fabulous and I feel amazing!! It’s a bit out of my way to get here since I have to take the train (though the station is conveniently right across the street!). However I thoroughly enjoyed myself so much today that I already booked an appointment for my next manicure. I called yesterday about an appointment and was able to get one for the next day which I am shocked about given the pandemic though I am so happy (I thought it would take weeks for me to get in!). From walking in till I left, the staff was very friendly! It was my first time here but I felt as though I was treated like family. I needed a technician who could take good care of my mother who is a diabetic and was very nervous for her first pedicure. Lupie was excellent with her! Her level of skill and care made it a great experience for my mother. Her feet looked amazing! She’s already asking me when we’re going back to see Lupie. I highly recommend this spa. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

I don’t live near but if I did this would be my prominent Nail Spot. Emily was great the classic pedicure was awesome best pedicure I’ve ever had… just saying and she did my manicure as well which was a powder dip… all in all it was a great experience and very relaxing.

Spectacular service. JULIE did a great job, very fast and efficient. Overall the salon is Extremely clean and has and extensive collection of colors to choose from. They take covid very seriously, so this will give you a peace of mind.

We had a sudden death in the family the other morning, and I forgot to cancel my appointment that afternoon. When I called to see if I could get a credit they were extremely unprofessional and unsensitive to the fact that I had a relative pass that morning and forgot to call and cancel. I was charged a no show and for the mani and pedi that I did not receive. I asked for a credit and was decline . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. They are cheap and unsensitive to the fact that life changes at any given moment. Very disheartening and unprofessional.

This place has very skillful manicurists, and they do a nice job, with some variable experiences based on who you work with. The environment is very clean, friendly, and relaxing. I have also seen them do beautiful nail art! They allow customers to tip using venmo, which is useful as well, and helpful to customers who don’t carry cash. For polish options, they have regular manicures, gel, dip, and the dazzle dry system available!
