Critical: Punctuality, QualityThis place used to be great, when Kelly owned it. Now there are new owners and they are just terrible.First of all, I made an appointment for a mani pedi and when the pedi was done I had to wait. I make appointments so i don’t have to wait.During my pedicure, the color didn’t even come CLOSE to matching the display. Also, the pedicure technician paints my toe nails BEFORE she put my sandals on. I mean come on, that’s pedicure 101They didn’t completely remove my prior nail polish and now there are specks of glitter underneath the new french manicure.Steve did not shape my nails, clean, or push my cuticles back before starting the dip polish process. Also their color palates were again inaccurate and a matte pink turned out see through.when i decided to try and make the best of it and do a french, steve dipped like halfway down my nail, insisting HIS WAY was right, ignoring my request for a more classy thin line. None of the french tips are even in shape – some are curved, some are triangular and two are straight, AND they dont go cover the entire nail. Last but not least all of my nails are horribly shaped and not even.Last but not least there is polish left all over my hand – stuck there from the acetone they used to remove my last polish. Critical: QualityWhen I got there she asked what I wanted I showed her a design and she didn’t have what she needed. So I showed her a different one and said just do what you can incorporating both. I was very skeptical as she did my nails very differently than usual… I gave her a chance though. She then was very distracted by her phone and my nails were looking a little funky. It’s been a week and they are painfully falling off. Cracking by themselves. I’m very dissatisfied. But now I’m back in NY and can’t do anything about this. They offer special pedis that are $40-60 but I didn’t see any value in them (no hot stones or extras that sounded enticing. She did a great job.
