I absolutely love it here. The facility is always clean. I have had different employees servicing me and I felt welcomed, comfortable, and spoiled every separate single time. They don’t skip a beat in meeting your needs and fulfilling any questions or concerns you may have. I have had incredible experiences since I started coming here and I recommend it to everyone who compliments my nails. Now my friends, coworkers, and family enjoy coming here as well. They are the absolute sweetest and they take their time in ensuring a job well done. I never feel like the service is rushed and I’ve had great conversations with the employees providing my manicures, pedicures, and waxes.

I made reservations for 2. When I arrived we were sat after 15 minutes. My friend had someone start working on her nails after 10 minutes, and I waited an additional 40 minutes to have someone work on my nails. As you can imagine she was already done and left, and I waited an additional hour and a half for the person assigned to my nails to finish them.

We had made appointments at another place and when we arrived they didn’t have time to do our nails so we called Beverly and they said come on over. We have found our new place! It was clean, fast, and they did exactly what we were wanting! Everyone was nice and friendly and their prices were beyond reasonable!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTaking business elsewhere today after a horrible and terrible experience.I’ve spent hundred of dollars here and tip extremely well.I’ve never had an experience quite like the one here and and appalled how unapologetic he was.Jack was EXTREMELY RUDE – cocky, unapologetic and made a scene. FYI you are rough, arrogant and not good at nails. I’m a licensed cosmetologist of 11 years and asked specifically for a WHITE BASE COAT under glitter to cover previous French manicure (which of course – is noticeable look at pics) lazy Jack only did one coat of powder not even covering all of the nails-in fact didn’t even look like I had a fill. If you are gonna charge an arm and a leg at least have the craftsmanship like some of your fellow employees to back it up. You should also learn how to conduct yourself working in this industry and being in customer service. Having an attitude instead being apologetic will never work out for you or your business in the future.Definitely plan to relay my experience since I still ended up paying with no follow up- and I know you have my info since you pulled up my loyalty card at checkout.Completely unprofessional and quality of work would be compared a child (they could probably at least color a shape completely )Taking business elsewhere today after a horrible and terrible experience.I’ve spent hundred of dollars here and tip extremely well. …More
