I had a dip manicure, and although it looked great when I left, less than 24 hours later, the dip polish on one of my nails chipped and broke off. I went back the next day and they fixed it for no charge, and also offered to fix all of the other nails because you could see that the polish was too thin at the top of my nails. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to do it that day and the following day, another nail broke. I let it go, and when I returned a few weeks later for a new dip manicure, I was told by Hannah that I complained too much and she refused me service. I had been going to this salon for over a year and never had a problem so I assumed that the one manicure I received was just a bad one, or may it was the Polish. It happens. But to be treated so rudely is unacceptable and I will never return.

Love this place! I’ve gone here 3-4 times since they’ve opened and each time has been great. Average prices and the nail techs are awesome. They also put disposable bags in the pedicure baths and dispose of them after each client which is great and sanitary.
