Please do not waste your time and money on this poor excuse of a nail salon. My mother and I had a monstrous experience. There was a gentleman named “Lou” and he was being extremely rude to my 58 year old mother, she asked him to add more nail polish to her nails & even said she would pay extra for it.. he scuffs, and said “OH NO, I’m finished;I’m done.” didn’t even care about my mother, just wanting to move on to the next client to earn more money for his crap-ass job.

The color I wanted she claimed they only had it in “Regular polish” so I asked for the regular and she ended up putting a gel that was similar the whole time she was rushing through the pedicure it literally lasted 30 mins and was very unprofessional. Great for fills but not so hot on the design. Sorry had to pay another salon $12 extra to cover up my “nail art” on my 2 ring fingers, here’s a pic, the salon that covered it up. Did just that. Right over the top of the shotty original “design” seriously what’s happened to giving the customer what they’re paying for and ask for? Nail salons may want to rethink their less than lacking customer skills. Neither nail technician acknowledged not one thing I said to them except the polish color and 2 fingers designed, didn’t speak 1 word to me or In English the entire time that I was there. I’m sorry I hate having to post negative feedback about people and businesses but I’m not seeing a whole lot of feedback when it comes to things that can be improved just by putting it out there, sometimes.

They are very stubborn and don’t listen to what you want. You tell them you want your nails coffin shape they make them squared…when you tell them is not coffin they argue with you on how it is and how your wrong.. They do them very thick and refuse to fix them because they say it won’t look pretty if they are thinner… they should be listening to their customers more.. I never asked for a design on my nail and then guy wanted me to keep the design I told him I didn’t want it and he ask why… i asked him to take the design off and he got upset… I never asked for the design in the first place. After that they just keep hurting me grabbing my hand really tight… please read and listen to the reviews don’t be like me and try to see pass them it’s not worth it… the reviews are their for a reason… my mom and I will not return they lack the customer service….

I waited about 15 mins and as I waited a couple walked in. They asked a lady working on a pedicure (long black hair and slim) what the wait time was for a pedicure and got seated a few minutes later. The lady finished the pedicure she was working on and I thought to myself, “okay I’m next.” She set her stuff to begin the couple’s pedicure who had just walked in a few minutes ago. She went to grab the polish of the lady’s choice (from the couple) and gave a mediocre apology for skipping me. So she knew she was wrong and still went on to do the couple’s pedicure because they are regulars there. They were then trying to figure out who was next and kept pointing at me. Until one of the workers said I was next and when she walked over to do my pedicure she even noticed how long my feet had been soaking and how cold my water was from waiting. The pedicure was decent and rushed. I waited longer for the pedicure than what the actual pedicure itself took to do. Horrible system they have and half the time weren’t sure who was next. Maybe a sign in sheet would be helpful. When I got home I looked at them and the polish was put on uneven.

They only use soap to sanitize, no plastic wraps used for foot soaking stations. Pedicure was not great literally looked like something done at home, girls toes right next to me looked horrible like a kid had done them, tech guy did not clean the nail polish on my skin, and left lumps of nail polish on my nail. the only thing the owner cared was about payment as she was so quick to charge me when i told her me and my mom where going to pay together even though she wasn’t done yet. Would give them zero stars if i could.
