When my daughter and I arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady but that is where it stopped!!! My daughter had a custom color and it was done well. But he did not talk to her at all except to see the photos on her phone.

I have given this place several tries. Some techs know what they’re doing, others clearly do not. I was very pleased with my visit time before last so I scheduled an appointment for my birthday with the same person. When I arrived on my birthday I told them I had an appointment and they sat me at another station. I repeated myself and they said no stay where you are. The girl that did my nails took tips off of four nails and didn’t replace them. She just painted acrylic overtop. My nails are all different lengths, shapes and sizes. Nothing matches, but hey…they gave me $5 off for my birthday. ♀️ ♀️

I went here with my mom because a friend recommended it. my nails were so pretty when we left but after about 3 days they started to lift. (the last picture is when i left the salon) My mom and i were only talked to by the woman at the front. The man who did my nails looked annoyed with me the whole time and I felt uncomfortable. My mom hated her nails they were short and you could see dents in them. Im upset that we payed so much for nails just to have them look awful a few days later. They did not prep our nails they only buffed them. Their drills are in altoids cans and they re use nail files. Not only was the service bad but it was unsanitary as well. Don’t come here.

I had a scheduled appointment with a specific nail tech. I got my toes painted, no pedicure just polish. After I was done, a nail tech drilled off my previous color and then sent me to a tech I was never scheduled with. I was furious. I cussed them out and I will not be back!!! I will for now on do them myself!!

I went here today in fact I’m just walking out. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received. Set for pedicure never offered pedicure upgrades. Pedicure was done in haste. Prior to starting I asked if a particular design could be done they asked around Said she could. Nothing complicated even a video showing how to do it. The design attempted was thrown together a rush job and girl doing it had an attitude.i get my nails done religiously and have never been treated so poorly. I had my normal dip powder done by Lily at my last visit. As usual, she is paying less attention to her customer in the chair than the people walking in and out. I told her that the dip was not thick enough, and she rushed me out. No gel hardener polish on top, no UV light, not normal procedure, and when I brought it to her attention, she tried to tell me it was “good.” One nail breaks a few days later, and since these were my own beautiful nails, I was devastated. Had that nail replaced with an acrylic one due to it breaking into the quick. Not even two weeks later, I made an appointment due to yet another broken nail, and I told her I was MAD. I was passed off to someone else because Lily didn’t want to be accountable for her not doing what I know is normal. It’s sad when I know they aren’t thick enough, and I wasn’t listened to. Rose came to my rescue. She wasn’t the girl Lily was passing me off to, but she came to me and said she would do my nails. She repaired the broken ones so that they would grow back out, and she did the dip procedure properly. She, and Ann, are now the only ones I will go to. The ONLY reason I gave a happy rating after all of the many years my daughter and I have gone is because of Rose doing my nails as they have always been done. It’s sad when the “boss” of the place doesn’t listen to her customers. Maybe if she’s not going to actually pay attention and listen to the person sitting in her chair, she needs to just greet customers and be her shops receptionist. Like I said, after all these years of going there, I will only go to Rose or Ann. They came to my rescue, and Rose has my utmost respect and thanks. Rose and Ann, you rock!!!!! Again, Rose is the only reason I gave the stars that I did. Below is Rose’s rescue work.

I love everyone on this place. I honestly get a different nail tech every time and I love them all. I used them for my wedding and they did an amazing job. I su ally go for my mani and pedi, they are usually booked but they have plenty of staff to help. I try to call in advance also.
