Critical: Professionalism, QualitySo, I normally do not do this but this place is horrible. I get why they have 2 stars. They should have -1. Brow lady was same lady who did my nails. My name turned out fine but my brows. No way! I told her before she started what I wanted. She was working very fast to get me out the door. All was a rushed job but no customers. Ok! The wax was still hot when she used on my face. She did not arch or do anything to my brows. Then while I was getting a pedicure I cut on my translator and this lady is talking trash. I asked what did you say and she says ohhhhhhh nothing I do for you! Like I will never being going back. Critical: QualityFirst of all, if you’re going to greet your customers when they walk in the door, make sure you greet all of them, not just the white ones.Second, hire younger workers. The older lady who did my pedicure yesterday did a horrible job. My toes look like I need a fill in and it hasn’t even been 24 hours since I got them done. She looked like she was old enough to be my grandmother and wore glasses. Not sure if she couldn’t see well but I am very displeased with the ‘work’ she did. She also barely scrubbed my feet. Still rough on my heels and the sides of my big toes. If you continue to use this lady to do pedicures you need to lower your prices.
