Avoid. This is the worst of the worst. Inexperienced and rude injector who isn’t well-versed on human anatomy. Never should the product being injected run down your face, and it should be placed properly and freeze the muscle. Also, placing filler in the EXACT wrong and already pronounced areas, where you specifically told her you didn’t want them, and then her telling you she’s in a hurry and snapping, “Just let me do my job,” followed by the office manager insulting you in front of other clients and staff (e.g., “Well, I guess Dysport just doesn’t work on you,” and “I guess you just don’t want to spend money,” and then yelling “BYE!!!” in a very loud and obnoxious voice, after you’ve returned to pay all over again and have the experienced injector correct these mistakes), is not professional in the least. The upsell attempts on multiple syringes is a definite red flag. Believe me, less is more WHEN placed judiciously, and I have photos from 2022 and beyond that prove my point. Please proceed with caution, as there are many experienced and professional practioners who could better serve you and save you money, the humiliating experience, and time.

THIEVES! I should have paid attention to the multiple 1 star reviews about this place, but I didn’t! My bad! I purchased 20 units of Botox. When I arrived, the Office Manager Kerry tried to upsell me immediately on additional units of Botox. I told her TWICE, that I only wanted 20. I told the Botox practitioner, Kelly, that I only wanted 20; five units in four places. She asked me, “How many units do I normally get?” I said, “20. Once in a great while I will get 30 units to cover my forehead, but not today.” Now I have informed Kerry and Kelly twice, that I only want 20 units. Now I have stated FOUR times, to two people, that I only want 20 units. Kelly over injects me and on my way out says I owe an additional fee for the extra units, that I DID NOT REQUEST, nor did she get my approval to do! Kelly and Kerry twisted it as though I miscommunicated and told her to inject more! She made it sound like I was the issue. This enraged me. So start listening Kerry and Kelly, because you are both liars! I don’t know if Kerry and Kelly have some side scam, but it sure seems like it. Kelly said if I didn’t pay the extra, they would charge my card on file that they took when I made the appointment. Wow! I’m filing a complaint with the State Board. This is unacceptable, manipulative behavior. VERY unprofessional!

Love all my experience here! Everyone makes you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk in. Started with a hydra facial with Emme. Which is AMAZING!! If you struggle with clogged pores, GET THIS. I go back bc you can FEEL the difference of having spotless pores. Ventured a little outside of my comfort zone and got Botox! Kelly was super informative and listened to my concerns. I struggle with grinding so I got botox in my jaw. Started to compensate in my temples and brows bc I clenched so badly those muscles are actually strong too Kelly listened to my concerns and injected my temples and behind the jaw which are kinda weird areas but it has helped so much with my chronic jaw pain!! Jaw pain=gone. Amazing service!

I rarely have time for skin treatments, but I’ve been wanting to try this place out since last year. I attempted to contact this location multiple times via phone and their online form throughout the year. I never once received a response. I would not trust a location with such a low level of professionalism to handle something as detail-oriented as skin treatments and injectables.

Fabulous & Friendly stuff, I got GROUPON for B12vitamins(12) and so far I had never had problems with my appointments or anything. The first time when I call they did ask me if I have been to another BHRC facility if I did I cannot redeem the GROUPON message was clear, must be your 1st time with them (CLINICS). Also, they ask for my DL Wonderful personnel. I am thinking to continue my treatment after I am done with the GROUPON deal.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI received under eye fillers back in February and it was terrible my eyes wear swollen and I received severe bruises and darken under my eyes. I went back to get try to get it fix on 3 different occasions to the point where I had to go somewhere else to get my fillers resolved and correct. I’ve called several times and could never speak to the manager she was always busy or gone which was lies…and she never return my phone calls. I email the company and still haven’t heard anything back… the darkness and bruises just cleared up in September. It was the worst experience and the worst injections I ever had. I’m disappointed in the company who has not accepted accountability for ruining my face.
