In love with this place!! I’ve been here a number of times now and every time I leave I have so much confidence in myself. The workers are beyond wonderful. After my initial consult I knew this would be the place for me. They really took the time to help me decide what treatments I wanted and how they would work. Each staff member is so open and welcoming. Jennifer truly is a miracle worker. She takes her time and does an amazing job with each treatment. I initially came in because of laser (my tech Melanie was amazing. She’s such a sweetheart and this place doesn’t deserve her or her hard work). I work in the healthcare field and when I see a new front desk gal every time I go, that’s a major red flag. It tells you a lot about management (or lack thereof). I had an incident where I canceled same day bc something came up and the front desk wouldn’t let me reschedule until I paid the $50 cancellation fee. I asked politely if she was going to pay me $50 for canceling my appointments last minute a few times before. It’s a mess there, and I’m sure the employees are overworked and underpaid. I would find somewhere else to take your business.
