Definitely no more Beverly Hills for us!! Took over 4 hrs for a fill in and my daughter a full set that looked terrible. I’m so disappointed. I use to really like this place. Definitely not the same as it use to be. I’ve watched 2 people walk out while sitting here. So sad. Acrylic nails

This was by far the worst service I have ever had since coming here. I will say prior my services have not been bad but today was so horrible. I booked an appt. for 4:30pm and did not get serviced until 5:30. The woman today was very apologetic and I am grateful for that but initially coming in, I was looked over twice and was not greeted until about 30 mins later. Once I got serviced, the woman rushed and sped through my fill in. All I was getting was a fill in. She left my nails so bumpy and the polish was so messy. I was so hurt after leaving this nail salon. Yes, they were extremely busy but that does not excuse the lack of time and effort placed into my nails. I will not be returning here after that experience.

i love this place so much, sang took his time on the massage and every other step of the pedicure and did fantastic, meticulous work, he obviously cares about people he was very curteous and checked the temperatures were okay throughout highly recommend!
