I came in as a walk-in customer. I was greeted and served immediately by staff. I was lucky enough to get Anthony to do my pedi and dipped nails. His work is amazing! His personality as well! These are the best nails I’ve ever had! I’ve traveled quite a bit in my time, north to south, east to west and hands down…. The best nails I’ve ever had!!!!

Update: I am currently soaking off my nails in acetone and having a hard time removing the acrylic. With a little research I’ve determined this salon uses MMA acrylic which is damaging to nails for numerous reasons and designed for use in the dental industry. I’m disappointed the salon does not use quality EMA acrylic, considering the cost of $80 that I paid for this set. Ladies, make sure you do your research and protect your nails!

Extremely shocked by my treatment at the salon last night. I had been using this salon for about one year without complaint. I decided to request one person I really liked in particular to do my nails but received embarrassing and awful treatment upon arrival. Not only did the woman, Anna embarrass me the minute I walked in, she started to argue and raise her voice to me when I tried to explain a mishap in scheduling due to other salon staff. I had made an appointment a few weeks in advance to work with this same woman. I had called that day to check the time before arriving. The man answering the phone said I was not on the schedule that day. I found it weird but decided I would try another day. Upon entering the salon this time, she loudly greeted me with saying “ you never show up to any of your appointments”. I had only made one appointment with this woman. When I tried to explain my side, she began to raise her voice yelling at me. After sitting there in silence while the salon staff laughed, I couldn’t help but to cry. I cried for several minutes for something I didn’t do. Luckily, the man that did do my nails was very kind. Extremely rude and unapologetic! A client should NEVER feel so uncomfortable enough to cry. I’ve never had this experience in all my life. I’m a loss for words.

I’ve been going to Beverly Hills Nails for years and have always been extremely pleased. Recently, I switched to dip manicures and I’ve been thrilled with the outcome every time. They always do such a great job and really takes their time, which I appreciate, and my nails last without a chip for weeks. Coming from a very “particular” person when it comes to nails, I would highly recommend Beverly Hills Nails!

Michael did a very nice job with my gel mani and pedicure. I had been a long time customer of Beverly Hills nails but when ownership changed right before the pandemic, the quality and customer experience wasn’t the same so I stopped going there. I decided to run in for a mani pedi on NYE and was very VERY happy with the quality, atmosphere and great service. I will again become a regular customer! Nice job Beverly Hills Nails & spa
