Critical: Cleanliness, Qualitythere was no liner placed in the foot bath. she ran water in a dirty foot bath that had old nail polish and what looked like skin floating around in the bath. I moved to another chair and asked for a liner. that experience alone makes me never want to come back to this shop. it makes me wonder if they’re properly sanitizing their instruments. the massage chairs didn’t work and the employees didn’t seem to care much. my nails were painted and it looked very messy. I had to ask for her to clean it up some. it wasn’t all bad though.
