This was my 2 end visit at this place. I will never return to this hell hole!!!! I scheduled an appt through tex to Debra or whatever her name is!! 2 woman work here she’s the extremely overweight older lady!! She texted me to come in at 2 pm Wednesday March 17th. I showed up and the overweight woman I worked with can’t even remember her name after this incident I don’t want to remember her name. The first point is mike to make is She didn’t even recognize me or know who I was??? She had no record of me even though I filled out her paperwork and she charged me $90 for are first session. Her not remembering me was extremely awkward? Cause we conversated the whole hour she worked on me! I proceeded to tell her details about her other office so she new I was being truthful since she was treating me like a complete stranger. Then she had the nerve to tell me I did not have an appt after I reviewed her personal cell phone tex messages and was able to confirm she gave me that appointment on my tex or else why would I show up if she had another appointment. This lady is out of her mind and said she never gave me that appointment even though it was on her tex messages showing and proving she was lying. She would not take responsibility that she double booked and instead made me feel that I made up my appointment and that she didn’t know who I was!! This was twilight zone freaky and actually completely insanity!! At that point I was so upset and felt wronglyaccused after she made the mistake and wouldn’t own up to it I had to tell her to her face that she is completely insane and had the nerve to tell me that I never had an appointment after I read her tex and saw she was the one who booked me!! We argued back and forth and Instead of being sorry for waisting my time she continued to project a lot of negetivity that I was not suppose to be there??? This is when I told her she’s crazy with mental issues and since she’s so overweight has candy all over her office and seems mentally unstable and in denial about life in general!! I told her she is toxic just like all the candy and sweets and GMO foods contributing to her insanity! I think her name is Debra and I never in my life had such a bad experience and I’ve done electrolysis fir over 6 years!! I called the better business bureau to report her behavior on not helping me as a custermer! I would never in my life refer anyone to her and I’m reporting her to ever review page what a crazy toxic woman she is!! How’s is she’s in business seriously I have no idea but she literally took zero responsibilities for double booking and waisting my time and not correcting her mistakes or following the rule the custermer is always right!!! I was so insulted and so upset that she treated me like a criminal who showed up at her office and made my appointment up out of the the clear sky Or making me feel I just showed up unannounced for the he’ll of it??? I told her to her face how toxic her enviorment is and is a reflection of her unhealthy mind and body! Never go to this woman who is obviously loosing her memory and custermer service skills!!!! All I know is she’s crazy and is extremely unhealthy and it shows!!!
