Critical: ProfessionalismI normally do not write reviews, but my experience here has warranted some feedback. I have gotten hair extension done here sporadically over the past 2 years. Today I was told that my extensions (which were only worn once, though to be fair it was a while ago) were thrown out. I was told by Michelle, the owner, that she did not store extensions for longer than 6 weeks. Every other time I got extensions it was at least 4 months in between each set and they always kept them, cleaned them, and dyed them for the next set without issue. I thought their standard operating procedure was to keep extensions until the next round. However, without a phone call or notice, they threw out $600 worth of my hair. I made an appointment for next week (since I have not been able to get in since before the pandemic when I was planning to have them done) and was told they don’t have my hair, but I could buy more. This is completely unacceptable. The hair I had was brand new and through no fault of mine was thrown out without even a phone call or option to pick them up. Instead of offering to buy a new set of hair, Michelle acted like it was my fault and I should have known that they do not keep the hair. She also implied it was her employee’s fault and she did not bear any responsibility for this. I feel this is unprofessional and they will never get my business again. I normally do not write reviews, but my experience here has warranted some feedback. I have gotten hair extension done here sporadically over the past 2 years. Today I was told that my extensions (which were only worn once, though to be fair it was a while ago) were thrown out.
