Betty is a super sweet lady and just from talking to her that one time I feel like I’ve known her for a long time lol. She gave an amazing cut and it was just an all around great experience. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI’m not really sure if this lady was the owner or an employee. I made a 10:30am Appoinment when I showed up the place was dark and closed. Once she arrived at 10:55am she seemed off. Didn’t know how to do hair at all. She tried to turn on a curling iron that didn’t work then asked me to try to figure it out. I said isn’t there another curling in in here you can use and she said no. The place was not organized and no mats under washing bowl area…water was falling on floor while washing my hair and she was getting my clothes wet. I went in for an updo for a wedding but after 30 pins in my head she teased my hair like a birds nest it was obvious she didn’t know how to do an up do. Trying to be nice I said it’s ok can you just wash this out, blow dry style, but she couldn’t do that either. I’m not sure she is licensed to do hair. It was creepy experience not one employee there the place was a complete mess. One lady walked in in the middle of her attempting to do my hair saying I have an 11am appointment why didn’t you call me to let me know you were running late. I will be back in 30 minutes and when she came back she was trying to blow dry my hair and said your still not ready to do my hair and I turned to her and said how long she’s been doing your hair because she does not know what she’s doing.
