Love this Ypsilanti salon. You don’t need to make small talk. They listen to what you want. No nonsense. Peaceful. Not cheap – but quality work should not be. You can look at their services online- very handy. Have to make hair cut appts by phone- a slight drawback. Worth it. They book far ahead, so you must plan ahead. Yeah, not my strength! But that’s my problem. Go, Betty Green!

Friendly and professional. Malissa is amazing at her job. She was able to correct my color (after months of bad color treatments at a different salon) and in one appointment it is exactly what I wanted! I saw some reviews comment on scheduling. It is a little difficult to get in as a new client because they are a busy little shop, but they really work with you on a wait list and it is worth the wait. Once you’re in, you can schedule your next appointments a few months out and I haven’t had any problems with access since joining their client roster.

I’ve been going to Malissa for just over a year now. I love that she uses organic products. She is very knowledgeable and willing to have a thorough, detailed discussion with you about your hair even when you have a million questions and are very particular about your hair! She willingly came in on a day she didn’t have anyone scheduled for a simple haircut for me. She’s great!
