I am a new customer and went for my first ever session at Betty Grable last week. I had the pleasure of meeting Janet the lash technician who was absolutely a DOLL and very accommodating to the fact that I was running late to my appointment. She took care of me and was very gentle, asked for my preferences and gave me a cute set. Unfortunately, a day later, somehow the lashes on one eye began to fall out, even following the guidelines of lash care the first 24 hours. I was able to contact and show Chloe the owner about the situation with a picture, and she responded the same day even though they weren’t open for business on weekends. She was able to offer me an appointment as soon as Monday but due to my work schedule, I was not able to come and had to accept an appointment exactly 7 days after my first session. As the week went by, more and more lashes started falling out.

Extensions weren’t put on right. So many extensions were glued to multiple of my eyelashes. And there were a lot that were multiple extensions on 1 eyelash. That isn’t the right way to apply because it’s too heavy and eyelashes grow at different speeds so they start pulling. Most uncomfortable and painful extensions I’ve ever had. They all ended up falling off within a week besides the ones I had to remove myself bc they were so uncomfortable. The owner wouldn’t give me a refund or credit.

Chloe is amazing! I got a full face wax tn and the brow tint, it was my first appointment. She’s a perfectionist! She is bubbly and has a great personality, it was super easy to start a conversation with her..She did exactly what I asked and exceeded my expectations by far:) Absolutely amazing. My brows never looked this good!!! She offers a pretty wide variety of services as well. I’m getting the express lash set Saturday and can’t wait I know she will make me look and feel amazing. Also I wanted to add that her prices are VERY affordable and her work is over the top compared to other salon waxes that I’ve gotten. I will be back for every future wax and 100% recommend Betty Grable Lashes to anyone thinking about getting any wax, skincare or lash service done.

Chloe is amazing I get allergic reactions everywhere else I go she the only one that properly applies my lashes so the glue doesn’t touch my skin they last forever and I get compliments everyday she also does my lips and laser hair removal I will be a forever customer! Eyelash extensions

They were falling off in 3 days. By 5 days one eye was visibly missing half the lashes. Paid $240 for a full set and followed care instructions to an T. I emailed the owner twice with no reply. I would not recommend this place for anything. Eyelash extensions
