Ms.Betty is a delight! I was so very thankful that she reorganized her schedule to accommodate my son. It was his first professional hair cut and she put him right at ease. Betty Hoop is a great hidden treasure in Pelzer, SC. They cater to all ages and genders. She knows her clients and is a great conversationalist. Betty Boop also has some antiques available to purchase as well as a lot of Betty Boop memorabilia to enjoy. There is a bathroom and hand sanitizer available (Aug 2020) Masks are encouraged but optional. The place is small so I advise to call and make an appointment. The parking lot is small and on a busy road but they schedule in such a way it has never been a problem.
