Lasck professionalism, plays & conversates all day long. No sense of customer appreciation or awareness. When they don’t want to do your hair they debate as to whom should do it or basically say “OH NO MAMI WE ABOUT TO CLOSE” then the next person walks in & yes we still open. Lack communication skills & speaks in their native tongue all throughout the business day whiles the customers sit waiting patiently for assistant. Puts you under the dryer for 2 hours just so they can play around with each other. Just waiting for this salon to close down & move out of our neighbor. It’s horrible at this so called establishment. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
