I thought it was great to be able to book a massage right away on the same day but maybe that was a sign? Its my first time and lifelong goal to get a professional massage and I’m really disappointed I settled with this place. I was experiencing anxiety attacks for days and decided to get myself a professional massage to release some stress and body aches. As soon as I got in, my anxiety rised because the long hallway was pitched dark. The guy didn’t ask any questions but took me into a room and asked, “30 minute or 60 minutes today?” I told him, “I’m acually having some anxiety and this is my first time. Would it be okay if we try 30 minutes first and if i feel okay then we can go for the next 30?” He said it was no problem. My anxiety starts to set in as the music wasnt loud enough and I can hear the phone ringing and his family and kids talking, etc. My face buried in this hole on the table in this square room where I feel like I couldn’t breathe. My hands also kept brushing around “unwanted” parts of him twice so i tucked my hands right under my thigh. I thought, “Okay, my anxiety is going up, I need to leave in a bit.” But the massage started to feel relaxing so I was able to calm down. Next thing I know, he said, “Okay, 30 minute.” I said, “Okay, that was great. Can we continue the remaining 30?” He rudely said, “It’ll be another $40.” I told him that’s fine but he walked out the door and kept making it seem like I could not afford it. He wouldn’t even listen. He was just done. Closed the door on me and that concluded my massage. Lol. I paid him and even tipped him. He and his business reminds me of Asian businesses who are racist or rude towards other Asian customers; who only caters or kind when serving white customers. I was so upset that it sent my anxiety way up and was almost incapable of driving myself back home.

VERY unprofessional!!! It’s a husband and wife that do the massages. Their small child, maybe 3 years old kept running in and out of our rooms while we were undressed and getting our massages. The doors left open while they shouted at the little boy. The man even left the room in the middle of the massage to answer the phone! We were both shocked! Never again! It was very uncomfortable for us both.

Most painful massage I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even sleep all last night hurts so bad. Came in wanting to relax… unwind. I kept saying it hurt it hurt. He kept going and say no pain no gain. I’ve had 100’s of medical and reg massages. Never ever almost cried from pain during it.
